Role : Led the event design and concept development, account handling, and end-to-end coordination to ensure flawless execution and a premium experience for over 3000 attendees.

Royal Theme and Concept : Transformed the entire event into a royal coronation, with a 'transfer of powers' in an empire-style celebration. The concept was rooted in the richness of Indian heritage, blending vibrant colour palettes and intricate patterns that complimented the company's logo and ethos.

Immersive Design : Worked closely with designers to bring the concept to life, creating custom elements like LED-lit walkways, palace-inspired pillars, grand chariots, and even life-size elephant statues to deliver a fully immersive experience.

Leadership Ceremony :Led a symbolic ceremony for the outgoing CEO, featuring a royal-style 'coronation' for the new CEO, making the leadership transition both meaningful and memorable for the company and the attendees.
