The project description

Replicated the actual to be built showroom within a large hotel space, ensuring every detail - from gondolas and shelves to wall shelves and merchandising mirrored the in-store experience.

A grand launch event for Arvind's STRIDE – 5 Men's footwear brands, featuring premium brands like Tommy Hilfiger and U.S. Polo. The event took place in two 300ft x 150ft hall at a luxury seven-star hotel, replicating the brand's showroom to create an immersive retail experience.

Role : Spearheaded the project as the single point of contact, managing account handling, design thinking, event production, and operations for the brand launch.

Creative Concept : Replicated the actual to be built showroom whilst collaborating with the client, fabricators, and designers to recreate the Stride showroom within a large hotel space, ensuring every detail - from gondolas and shelves to wall panels and visual merchandising – mirrored the in-store experience.

Account Handling : Served as the sole point of contact, coordinating between the client, vendors, and fabricators to ensure a smooth communication, timely deliverables, and a successful event launch.

Event Design & Production :Planned and executed a high-end fashion show as part of the launch, working closely into the overall experience. Managed the entire setup, including lighting, sound, and display layouts to ensure a seamless event.

Results :The launch garnered significant media coverage with articles and magazine features, making Stride the immediate talk of the market.
